Location
This city is another floating city, much like Areneif, but not quite as high and never in the same place.



Description
At once very elegant, fearsome, and worn by age. The city is set in a circular pattern with roads like spokes from its center. The homes closest to the center are well made and still seem in fairly good condition while the dges of the city are crumbling ruins of forgotten homes. It is not that there are poor and wealthy, just that there are not enough people to fill all of the city anymore, and so parts stand in ruin. Atra Solum contains all of the technology of Tiroch, but it is much more subtle and worked into the city's dilapidated, but undeniably elaborate, architecture.
