Nrel's Forge

Set into the Ancient Woods connected to a cavern near the western edge. Protected by a sheer drop on the western side. The eastern edge has a river that runs along it and eventually wraps around the south side about three acres away from the shop where it falls off the mountains edge. The northern side is the only access into his shop and it is well protected with wards. The surrounding area has been infused with magic to allow Nrel to know of any visitors that come to this part of the forest. The forge is two stories and is built so that unless you are right in front of it it blends with the trees and even then it is hard to make out at first glance. The bottom is where the forge is. It is designed with works table along the eastern wall and a wall of tools above those. The west wall has weapons of every class and shape all that he has made. Along the south wall is the main part of the forge. Here is the pit, anvil, and water barrel for cooling. The entire shop is always kept clean and in perfect order. The top half is his living spaces where none are allowed into. If he ever has guest there is a clearing with an old flat stone in front of the shop where he allows them to sit and eat a meal.

nrel sat listening to the forest. he had been here many days and had learned much. The world was at war and was unbalanced. Knowing what he must do nrel left for his shop and home.

when he got there he looked about the shop and decided which blade to use and then got ready to once again leave the woods after a hundred years. "i will hope to return to you one day" He told the forest and his shop. With that he set off to find any other living elves and his last few remaining named blades.

Nrel knew that just searching for the essence of his blades in the world would take a while but also knew that so would wondering about. He decided to try the towns around and listen for rumors of any named blades or of any known elves that might be close.

A strange disturbance in nature called to him and he meditated to find the source. After coming to he knew where to to. "I leave for the city of Griof. There is a changing there. MAybe my brethren are near." Nrel spoke to the woods. After being alone for so long he sometimes forgot that he did so out loud. With this he turned and headed to find the disturbance in A far corner of town
