Though the number of elves has seriously declined over the past hundred or so years, the elves still keep their strict codes of discipline.
Your normal laws apply here, save for the fact that they are very strict, the enforcers of the law are allowed to what we might call "invade one's privacy," and they have a few extra laws as listed below:
- No magic outside specially designated areas except under extreme pressure.
- Outsiders are not permitted without explicit permission into the Inner City. They are not allowed into the Inner Sanctum or the Spire without the assurance of the Sovereigns.
- Those of the dark elf race are not permitted into the City at any time.
