The Town of Irvin

The town is a small merchant town. It has one main road running through it that goes straight to Strid. One side of it is bordered by the forest and the others are farm lands. The people are usually friendly but they dont like anything not human per say. There is a were tribe that lives in the hills a little west of them that they tolerate due to protection but they are never allowed within the city.

As he sat in the trees and watched the people about below him he knew it was a danger to be back. This is something we must do. Brother wolf told him. Be strong in knowing im with you. With that Rakel took a deep breath and went down the small slope into the town.

He had managed to not draw attention since he was in simple farmers clothes. He knew the first place he had to go was home. He needed the answers from there first.

As Jeral was roaming the streets he saw a strange yet familiar face. He slowly went over and then recognized this man right away. "RAKEL!" He shouted "How dare you show your face here again?!" Jeral was a town elder and had remembered banishing Rakel when Rakel was younger.

"You know you are banned from here. Leave before I am forced to call Tanga. You remember him," Jeral said with a slight grin. This was a true threat, as Tanga was the leader of the town's militia, and was the one who helped track Rakel and throw him out. Also, unbeknown to the villagers, he was the current Alpha of the roaming pack in the area.

Rakel knew that he didnt have long before the whole town knew of his presence. At the mention of Tenga, Rakel slightly grinned. "Yes Jeral take me to Tenga. I will talk with him about being here." Rakel loved to belillte the elders of his town. If only they knew the truth. He told brother wolf.

Knowing that only a few people would have what he needed in ways of answers Rakel looked forward to seeing Tenga. After all they were one and the same. Weres in a town that hated them.

"Thank you Jeral. Please leave us." Tenga spoke to the elder. Standing over six feet tall and being a were left Tenga looking in his mid twenties and strongly built. All the elders respected him, since none knew what he was.

As Jeral left Tenga turned to Rakel. "Brother why have you returned?" His eyes and ears aware of any unwanted company around. "The pack is fine as you know but this town resents you. Do you wish more inquiry into what you left behind?"

"i needed to find you and to be assured of your safety here. So i figured if i was taken to you then it would help us both. I do not mean for intrusion into your new lives." Rakel spoke to Tenga as a son since he was one to rakel since he raised him from his first phase.

"There is a demon running amok that knows top much of our lives. and our kind. Plus an elf has become a were. Have the elders of the pack said anything to you of this? before they left us?" Rakel asked of his second/stand in alpha.

As they spoke of many things both great and small. Their pack secrets stayed safe from prying ears. When all was said and done Tenga escorted Rakel from town and With enough of a scene to please the elders. With this Rakel set out for a new road with his questions answered.

Addanon wandered into Irvin. He had no real goals just somewhere to sleep and something to do. He didn't want to go back to quite literally the hell hole of a city Obsequium was. He hated it there. The only thing to do there was kill or be killed. He trudged along with his heavy armor clanking together. He was hungry but he doubted anyone in this town would feed him. His stomach growled a bit. Hey even the demons more bada** than him got hungry. He sat down and sighed wondering what he was going to do for some food.

Azariel was flying over Strid when she felt a negative energy near Irvin. She spotted a dark spot on the ground near the source of the negative energy. He had to be a demon. Not what she was looking for but she must at least try to banish it back to the city from whence it came. She landed near it and walked closer. It looked to be a man... with wings.

A fallen! What's a fallen doing here? She thought curiously to herself she approached carefully and said "Ummm excuse me." She touched the man's armor and waited for a response. This was someone she at least had a chance to talk back to the netherworld. She was confident but not too confident.

Addanon heard the small voice and felt something on his shoulder. He spun around and slapped the hand off while standing. He came face to face with a small angel. He had to blink a few times to see that it indeed was an angel. "Hm..." he made a disgruntled noise and turned and started walking away. "Leave me be messenger of God I have done nothing to warrant a visit from you." he said with as much venom as he could muster while hungry. His stomach growled again.

She was shocked not by his reaction but by the sheer size of him. He was so tall and wide. She giggled when she heard his stomach rumble. She decided a little help was in order and pulled an apple out of her dresses that she carried for when she got hungry. "Here. For your hunger." She walked around in front of him and smiled holding the apple out.

As kage had been watching the lands of the humans for some time he was suprised when he noticed two winged creatures below. His senses told him that one was an angel but the other was not. As Kage landed behind them he realized that the other was a fallen.

"Ah sister it has been a while since i have seen you in the courts of Areneif." Kage spoke to the small angel being careful to keep an eye on the fallen. "Now i have only two things to say first off. One who are you?" He directed at the fallen. "And two, i hope both of you know that even though we angels can hide what we are these people are not blind. They will become suspicious."

Kage was the watcher of the humans. His whole life him and Cyena looked over them. He would not let something upset the life styles of a small town if possible.

Addanon took the apple from the smiling petite angel. He ate the apple quickly and threw the core on the ground. He took a moment to take in the small being. She was really quite pretty. He was pretty sure he remembered seeing her before he had fallen. But from where?

He heard another so he turned around blocking the small angel from view. He looked at the man and said "My name is my own and I don't hide myself from anyone." He didn't care about if the humans saw him or not. He stood facing the other angel and stared at him.

"Hi Kage." Azariel stepped out from behind the large fallen and smiled at Kage. "What brings you out all this way?" She had heard of Kage and seen him in Areneif a few times. She waited for his reply to the fallen.

"I was merely out for a flight when i caught the sight of you two down here." Kage spoke to Azariel, clearly putting her questions above the fallen's reply. His fellow angels always held a high place with him no matter the location of circumstance of their meeting.

Kage then turned to the fallen and his mode changed. Now he was a protector and guardian again. "Now as to you sir. What you do is your business but as you are on land guarded by angels then i must ask you to either control your appearance or move this talk to a new location" Kage spoke to him with a voice tinging with power as he watched for reactions from the humans.

"Hn." was all the response Addanon gave him as he turned and walked past the small angel standing just behind and to the side of him. He walked off down the road towards Obsequium. He didn't have the energy to fly or do much of anything else really. He was tired, hungry, and in a really bad mood.

Azariel watched the fallen go. She was curious about him. He was also weak at the moment and she wanted to help him. "Sorry Kage gotta go." She turned and chased after the large fallen who took huge steps.
